Bad luck came back to Samsung smart phone. Homemade mobile electronics king of South Korea, namely Samsung Galaxy Nexus, banned for sale in the United States. United States District Judge Lucy Koh, says Apple "has demonstrated a patent infringement of the mobile phone". The decision was out Friday, June 29, 2012.
Earlier, last week, the U.S. government has banned the sale of tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1-inch sizes. The ban lasted until the patent dispute.
Samsung is very disappointed with the decision. "We will study the decision and prepare legal measures to ensure the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the market," the official statement from Samsung.

Apple-Samsung disputes have lasted long. It happened since Samsung released Samsung Galaxy Tab and Samsung Galaxy S. Apple accuses Samsung blatantly plagiarized their design. For example, the design of Samsung Galaxy S with only one button design similar to the iPhone. Instead, Samsung has accused Apple copied its patent related to the way the phone and tablet PC connected to the Internet.
Apple and Samsung have now been transformed into a giant producer duo of smart phones and tablets. IPad sales in the first quarter of 2012 at 13.6 million. That makes iPad tablet controls 63 percent of the market, according to research firm Display Search.
Samsung has sold 1.6 million tablets in the same period. That means they control the market share of 7.5 percent.
Their success has catapulted Apple and Samsung to be a very rich company. Analysts estimate their growth potential could be even higher still.
